It can be applied and cured to temperatures down to 35°F. Mixing ratio is 2 parts base, 1 part catalyst. Catalyst use: An amine resin in a solvent blend for use in EP-420 Epoxy Primer according to directions on the base component listing. Mixing ratio is 2 parts base, 1 part catalyst.Reducer use: A blend of solvents for use in EP-420 Epoxy Primer according to the directions in the base component listing. Reduce 50%.Stits Epoxy Primer Kit White includes EP-420 Epoxy Primer, EP-430 Epoxy Primer Catalyst, and E-500 Epoxy Reducer.
