Propellers have a life separate from their engines. They have an inspection cycle of their own. They’re usually inspected, repaired, and overhauled by specialized facilities different from engines. The propeller logbook has 54 pages divided into two sections. A: Propeller Service and Maintenance, and B: Propeller AD’s and Service Bulletins.
